I had no problem opening my .d2v files before, until i've upgrade to a newer version of TMPGEnc, now it just won't open my .d2v files.

There is a bat file in tmpeg that enables vfapi plugin. run it.

Though I haven't touched TMPGenc for a long time, I hope you find what you're looking for here. http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_main.html. You need to install VFAPI plug-in for TMPGEnc project file if you have v2.59.
