VirtualDub gives "Semaphore" error when writing to volume....

Have been capturing for a while now (SW Trilogy) using Huffy enc and post processing later. I have recently run into a bug? where Virtualdub errors upon capture and/or performing a saveAs from a valid file. Is there a limitation on the size of the volume that Virtualdub will write too? I have a 200G drive with the Western Digital drivers installed that allow XP to recognize the >137G volume. I find it odd that the volume currently has approx 137G on it (explorer is saying plenty of free space)... anyone have a clue?

Found that XP insisted on using the wrong (old) driver for my IDE controller.... updated the driver and all is well again.
