Hi folks !

After a lot of succesful burnings with Imgtool089 + dvd decrypter, Dvd decrypter has decided to screw up everything...

I'm getting this error at the very begining of burning process:

I/O error !

Device: [2:0:0] TOSHIBA....

scsistatus:0x02
Interpretation: check condition

CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 00
Interpretation: Write (10) - sectors: 0 - 31

Sense area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 21 02
Interpretation: Invalid Address for write

I'm damn sure that I didn't change any options, included the "CD/DVD" option.
The burner, Toshiba, and the medias are good for sure, infact if I use another prog like Imgtools 099 or Prassi everything goes right..

I tried to reboot, I tried to uninstall and re-install both progs, but...niet...

The annoiyng thing is that the medias becamed coasters..

Any solutions ?

thanx !!

Its one of the things I've never been able to reproduce my end.
HAve you tried burning to dvd-rw instead of dvd-r? That way you wont kill discs :)
It may also work with dvd-rw which could help me determine if its just a certain sort of media it doesnt like.

Thanks for reply, :D
I'll try the RW, but the strange thing is that after 30/35 succesful burns with the same DVD-R brand (Optodisc), now it's only capable to do coasters...

Me too. I had InCD 3.5.24.0 installed. I uninstalled it and the problem seems to have gone away. If you have any packet-writing software (InCD, DirectCD, etc.) I would try uninstalling it.
