DivX 5.03 missing from Codec list

I've noticed since DivX 5.02, that TMPGEnc or Pinnacle Studio and a few other apps won't recognize DivX in the "codec list" of available codecs to use for encoding ... Xvid and all the others seem to be there no problem ...

Maybe frameserving would be a workaround, but It would be nice to know why this is ...

Any ideas ?
