Hi,

I'm using Ulead's DVDWorkshop to create a DVD of a 2-hour VHS tape. Ulead provides 3 options in the final stage of the process. They are: create the audio_ts/video_ts folders on your drive, create an image of the finished DVD and last is to burn a DVD.

I chose the first option to create the DVD folders on my hard drive. Viewing it on my PC, everything looks fine. Question is, can I burn both the audio_ts and video_ts folders to a DVD for playback on a standalone player? I could go back and reauthor and chose the third option to burn to a DVD but I unfortunately deleted the initial capture and encoded files so all I'm left with are these two folders.

Thanks.

Yes ofcourse. U can use any dvd burning prog for it. Remember to select UDF1.02 as the udf system before burning otherwise your disc would be playable only on a PC.

Alternatively u can make it an image, in my opinion the most compatible way, with imagetools and then burn with dvddecrypter.
