Can I rip vobs minus some streams with dvd decrypter?

When i rip via stream processing i get seperate steams ie ac3 m2v etc. What I want to do is rip all vobs but leave out certain audio and sub tracks from those vobs.

is that possible and if so, how? i have messed about with the prog a lot and not found how.

just dont hit demux?!

Leave them as direct stream copy, only uncheck them in the list.
