Subtitles On After Replication

Dear Sir,

I an using Spruce DVD Conducter with power pack option.I set subtitle to off in the project properties.The subtitles remain off after compilation but remains on when i burn the same compilation on a DVDr

Is it possible that your player has been configured for a preffered subtitle stream and this stream is the showing one?

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply.I agree to what you say.But i have tried other DVDs on that same player and the subtitles are Off by default.Kindly suggest and advice.

Another possibility. Although far fetched it remains one. Is it possible that they marked as forced substitles. In this scenario they would appear regardless of the settings in Conductor project.
