Playback problem

I'm having problems reading a video...The first three seconds of video play perfectly but then the video stops on that frame and the audio keeps on going..I've tried reading it in WMP and Power DVD, with no luck...I ran it through GSpot and it tells me that it was encoded using divx 5.02 which I have installed..The weird thing is that if I run it on my laptop, it plays perfectly fine..

You can either[list=1] Turn off DivX post processing features (Start...Programs....DivX (Pro) Codec...Codec Configururation) and see if that helps, or...

Install ffdshow (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Filters/ffdshow-20021213.exe) for playback of DivX and other MPEG-4 codecs.[/list=1]
