Some Movies Wont rip or Copy

I tried some movies like the Rambo and Star trek 6 and some wont rip and some will but the copy wont work. i get errors on the some when trying to rip. Anyone know what that might be? i use dvd decrypter and recordmax. i kept the same settings forever and havent had any troubles on 95% of my copy's.
