Combining mpeg to DVD

I have done a search on this form and the web, but I can't find a solutions for my problem. I want to combine 3 mpeg2 files and maken a DVD. I have got a simple tool (sonic My DVD) that came with my burner that combines the mpeg's and turns it in to a DVD file, but I want to create chapters and this is my problem. It is not possible with my tool and I want to know how to do it.

Cold anybody please give some advise. Thank you.

i don't think the task can be accomplished with this task though!
