IFO Edit remux out of sync

Ive recently tried to remux bend it like beckham & bedknobs & broomsticks both pal, but everytime they are way out of sync ive done quite a few remuxes with ifoedit without any problems at all but certain films have sync problems, can anyone suggest why this could be happening ? & how can i correct the problem ?
