jerking eoutput after encode

Hi,everytime i encode to mpeg2 with tmpg,it always has a jerk every 1 second or so in it,is there anyway of gettin rid of this?? everything else is fine,jus this jerk is always there,duz it have n e thing 2 do with the encoding being interlaced,or non-interlaced,im fine wiv the rest,jus this jerk needs sorting out,cheers,

Try swapping the fields. Select Even-odd fields, in the deinterlace options.

Did you do any Framerate Conversion? That's a thing, TMPGEnc can't do correctly. Only 23.976 -> 25 (PAL SpeedUp) will work, if you are using the Option "Do not Frame rate conversion".
