Audio Dubbing with Divx 5.03 and 2.0 Player

I'm unable to open my video file with the Divx Player 2.0. My video file works okay before I mux audio. In other words, my video plays in the Divx player (2.0) without sound. Once I use nandub and add audio, the player says, "unable to open file." Yet, the file plays with Windows Media Player and displays the Divx logo.

Any ideas?
