Good Price on Media? Either DVD-R or DVD+R

Best Buy is offering a Verbatim 15 DVD-R or DVD+R Spindle. For 19.99 after some rebates.

Is this a good deal?

Or does anybody know some that are better?

That's a good price for verbatim media. Especially the +R discs, since I can't even get them that cheap when buying 500 pack spindles.
