What container are you using? AVI, OGM, MPEG? Also are the subs burned into the movie or can you turn them on and off?
I don't know of any programs (but im sure they exist) that check the file size of the different streams. But one way to do it is to extract the steams using graphedit. There are many guides on how to do that. Hope this helps.

Well, it's that I want to know if it's worth the effort of transcoding episodic discs with menus and all and removing some languages and subs, or if I can just use the new full disc transcode in DVD2one.
So what I really would like to know, if it's not possible to check them, how much MB's do alternate languages and subs (on a 2 or 3 hour disc)take up in general?

Oh so it's on a DVD, well you can extract all the audio streams from a DVD using DVD2AVI by telling it to demux all tracks in the audio menu. This will save all the AC3 files onto your hardrive and you will be able to how much space they take up. I don't know how to check the subtitle stream for it's size, but I think you can extract the subs with VobSub. Sorry but I don't have much knowledge with DVD mastering as I dont' own a DVD Burner.
