I have gotten the following error when converting an avi file:

Access violation at address 0049160C in module 'dvd2svcd.exe'. Read of address 00FEC000.

What would cause such an error?

Haven't got the faintest idea, but I bet that if you had posted this in the DVD2SVCD forum, someone might be able to answer it. Tell you what, I'll move it for you.

Try a search and in the future use a better title that says what the problem is.

If a search of this common problem does not help read the Stickies in this forum, particularly the Q+A and the Mandatory thread.

After you have done this and you still have a problem we will work hard to solve it from there.

Ok I took a look at the Q&A and nothing seemed to apply to my problem. I reinstalled and it now works, however, i have one little problem, what files do i burn and are any of the files that were created during the process besides the .cue/.bin files needed because my hd is maxed and i was going to install Daemon Tools to help me with burning.

mpg if you had don't delete files checked.
