Hi!

On all of my films the sources are avi files. I always get the largest resolution available (usually 570 x 372 or 640 x 320, or something like that). I always convert to mpeg1 as well (for compatibility reasons).

I have noticed that tmpg usually produces an mpeg which is slightly off centre (some of u may have experienced this) and on my latest film, discovered that the film was too big as some of the writing on the bottom was cut off- tho only a bit of it from the side.

I suspect that it is related to the aspect ratio setting but am not sure. I think I usually leave it at 1:1 but would I have to change it?If it is related to the aspect ratio, could someone please tell me which setting/resolution to use to keep the film full screen but perfectly so its all on?

Thanks

Under aspect ratio u should chose full screen keep aspect ratio... that way it will fill out ur screen and keep the correct aspect ratio without cutting parts of the movie out...;) ;) ;) :p ;) ;) ;)
