MisterX your guide is very helpfull for removing titles DVD structure before letting IC7 do its job and prevent it butchers the ifo in a wrong way if you let IC7 do the removing of titles.
Would like your response on following:
In your guide you describe in detail an example how to remove multiple VOB ID's. What I notice is that in the stripped file set the file VTS_04_0.vob is missing. You then mention to paste the stripped files in the original directory replacing the originals. This means in the óriginal'directory still the vts_04_0.vob will be present.
Question: must this file be kept or can it be deleted ?

this file must be kept

this is the menu VOB and is only affected when you use the MENU EXTRAS button in Ifoedit

using the VOB EXTRAS to strip VOB ID's has no effect on the VTS_04_0.vob so the original is left in the original folder

I really need to change the guides as there are a few methods of stripping info from the VOB's

but it best to realise that using the Menu Extras affects the VTS_0x_0.vob's and VOB Extras affects the VTS_0x_1toy.vob's

hope this helps

thx misterX, it is clear to me.
I understand it is not easy to make a fool proof guide and small details can often make all the difference
so hope you appreciate this kind of feedback to enable to fine tune your excellent guides
