I have already tried other video recorders for this phone and they created MP4 files for mobiles (so 160*120 @ 15 fps, no audio).
Now I tried this new program. It creates Video/Audio streams in this new 3gp container.
As written it this page (http://lists.m4if.org/pipermail/technotes/2003-January/001672.html) 3gp is a kind of MP4 with additional stuff and video is compressed in H.263
Does anybody know it? Is it possible to convert it into a regular MP4 file (so I can play it back on my PC)?

[EDIT]After a while, the nokia site were updated and now there's a Multimedia Player that allows to playback all kind of MMS files (so AMR, 3gp and others).
