where is the audio of the music videoclip?

I was trying to backup a DVD by Queen - Greatest video hits.

If I use MovieJack or DVDtoAVI for ripping, it only shows some .vob files and rip them correctly, but some titles are missing so I can't rip them.

If I rip the missing titles (music videoclips) manually with Smartripper, DVDdecrypter or Vstrip, the ripping seems successful, but the encoding program (FlaskMPEG, MovieJack, DVDtoAVI) doesn't find any audio track and only convert the video.
Of course I always choose to rip the audio stream too.

So, videoclips shown in Moviejack are ripped fine, while missing ones are mute. I've read in some forums of people having the same problem with music DVD, but I wasn't able to find a solution.

After you have the vobs ripped for the music clip you can use various programs to extract the audio: besweet, dvd2avi (demux audio option), etc. You can then use this seperate audio file to be muxed into whatever encoding program you want.

I've taken your advice Sidewinder, but I was unable to demux the audio, Probably because the problem isn't in encoding process but in decrypting. Looks like the ripping program is unable to locate the audio stream.
Anyway, your suggestion to separate audio from video gave me an idea.
So I've encoded the video stream, then I've played the clip from the DVD with PowerDVD and recorded the audio with Total Recorder (a program that records everything that passes through the sound card), then I've used VirtualDub to mix audio and video (compressing audio in mp3 format).
A little tricky but it worked fine.
