how do i convert wav to mp3 cbr ????

I have a movie that has mp3 vbr and i have extracted the audio from it (save wav option virtual dub) and now i am left with wav audio I WANT TO CONVERT THE WAV FILE TO MP3 WITH CBR BITTRATE, how do i this and wot do i programe do i need. a step by step guide would be most apreciated.

reason i want to do this is that my kiss dp-450 dvd player doesnt play divx movies with vbr that well, so i want to convert it to cbr so my movies play better.

you don't have a WAV, you have an mp3 file there.
Rename to mp3, decode to WAV, reencode to cbr mp3.

All can be done within RazorLame (with the lame dll)

can you give me a a guide on wot i need to do, i thought by pressing the save wav option on virtual dub would change the audio to a wav, can you tell me a step by step guide please using this lame programe.
