I am trying to make a backup (obviously) and I am having some problems with IFOUpdate when I am preparing my final files for a burn.
Here is my directory structure:

G:\ReAuthored\ <- DIF4U files
G:\Scenarist\ <- Where Scenarist puts the muxed files
G:\Final\ <- The overall output

I copy all the files off the DVD into my G:\Final directory minus the VTS sets I am reauthoring, which in this case will be vts01 and vts02. I do copy vts_01_0.vob and vts_02_0.vob files into my final directory then add in the reauthored vob files after they are muxed in Scenarist. All of this works correctly.

The problem that I am having is when I use IFOUpdate to correct the authored IFOs can run a Correct VTS Sectors I get an error processing vts_01_0.vob saying it cannot load the menus, delete the vob file and re-run Correct VTS Sectors.

For the source files in IFOUpdate I used these settings:
Oringal Ifo: G:\ReAuthored\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.IFO
Authored : G:\Final\VTS_01_0.IFO

Is there something really obvious I am missing here? Thanks in advance.

in ifoupdate...the original ifo is in your \final\ directory
authored files is what Scenarist produced for you

you had it criss crossed :)

hope this helps
