YV12 is not that easy to use for spatial smoothers.

I'm thinking of doing a "generic" spatial smoother for YV12, in which something similar to SSHiQ will be used. So the speed gain is not going to be that much.

Until then I believe Richard has recompiled the YUY2 version. I'll see if I can do an YV12 version easily in C.
