cut /join program [Archive]

Ive been doing alot of research on this site and I know there are several programs to either split or join mpeg2 movies . Can someone recommend the best . Thanks

Use TMPGEnc

File--MPEG Tools---Merge&Cut

Add the files to Merge using the 'Add' button.
Hit 'Run'
