ATI Multimedia Center 7.6
Lately, I've been capturing videos and when I play them back in Windows XP's Media Player, I've noticed that some of the video is choppy. By choppy I mean is plays well and then I see the video breaking up, it looks a little pixelly, and the sound is also breaking up at the same time. This lasts for a second or two and then the video plays fine. This happens in a few places. The video source does not have any defects. Does anybody know what might be causing this and what I can do to fix the captured video?
