Someone i know has this problem, it is not me.
When he tries to playback any video, using any player and with any video codec, the video is really contorted. You can only see the top third of the video. It is the same with DVDs (S)VCDs and any avi file.
He is Running WINXP, and has a ATI-ALL-IN-WONDER-RADEON graphics card. He has had this problem for about two months and has tried most things.
