Still problems with SUBTITLES ...

Hi, a few days ago a post that I couldn't get subtitles (Portuguese ones, 0x28) when I backup "Proof of Life" and a fellow post that I must remap the 0x28 to 0x20 what I did and indeed get the subs, but only till half of the movie. I don't know why, but after 1h04m the movie flicks and I have no more subtitles.
When I author the DVD, the log window shows:
"Stream 20 - Data will arrive too late.Currente SCR:350840832, Stream DTS:0" and the same message repeats 4 times with more SCR numbers.
Any idea about what's happening with my subtitles?

Author the DVD with IfoEdit?

yes, Ifoedit 0.95 and I demux the subtitles, from the VOB files I rip, with VOBEdit 0.6
Is there any other software that I can try ?
Any help ? I tried to backup this movie more than 10 times, with DVD Decrypter 3140, also with Smartriper241, but always with the same result - only subtitles till half the movie, after that nothing ...
