Menu flickers in Scenarist

I have created menus from frame grabs in Premiere.
A few, not all of them, flicker on the final dvd.

NTSC 720x480, edited in Photoshop. Any suggestions?

Flickering is caused by the two fields being very different. For frame capture this can be caused by field order being wrong, or just from large motion, like a pan. Try another frame, or deinterlace the frame (or just soften it with a filter).

How do you soften it? What filter? Im having this same problem too. Any help qould be greatly appreciated!

A vertical motion blur of 1 or 2 pixels should help.
