dvd95copy 1.3 is out..
fixed a bug. DTS streams have been missing in movie.
Added option to get rid of extras.
Now you can choose which extras you want to keep or not.
With this option, you can also get rid of FBI warnings.
I'm beginning to like this more and more each day. I still need to figure out the video quality. It is really excellent though so far. Need to test it on a long movie. With this version we can uncheck titles.
I'd tried 1.2.3beta 1 which allows you to uncheck titles too. I did bugs life and unchecked only title 3 which is full screen. I only wanted title 4 wide screen. Well I start PowerDVD and it freezes after the green warning screen. Anyway I'm doing 1.3 new version now on Bug's Life and will report in about 10 mins if that bug is gone.
edit: ok well maybe not but I ain't worried ...digimec isn't human and is basically a robot that needs no sleep so I'm sure he get on it.

Jesus Christ, that guy is absolutely insane. Updates every 2 days. I had DVD95copy placed as a distant 3rd due to it's Johnny-come-lately release, but at this rate, it'll be the premier tool to use in like 2 weeks if it isn't already. Just needs to add sliders to alter the quality of extras and the main movie like Instant Copy and I don't think there'll be much else to do.
Props to Digimedic.

Sounds like he isn't properly updating the IFO files. Try changing the PRE command yourself and see if it works.. just out of curiosity :)

ok well tried it in xbox and pioneer 434 and it did same thing. I'm pretty sure it is something to do with VTS 6. Cuz it makes it past the green warning screens then says Disney then black screen and says title 6 for 1 sec then on dvd player says 'searching'.
Can you take a look int 21h?

After looking at this.. my suggestion is as follows :)
Start up IFOEdit, load the VIDEO_TS.ifo file, in the upper window, click, VMGM_MAT, it will expand, then click First Play PGC. If you scroll down in the bottom window you'll see eventually something that says:
PGC Command Table:
[000000ec] Number of Pre Commands 2 [0002]
[000000ee] Number of Post Commands 0 [0000]
[000000f0] Number of Cell Commands 0 [0000]
[000000f2] Size of Command table in bytes 23 [0017]
[000000f4] 1.Pre Command Set GPreg<7> mov (set-val)<0> [71 00 00 07 00 00 00 00 ]
[000000fc] 2.Pre Command (JumpSS VMGM) Jump to VMG PGC: 2 [30 06 00 02 00 c0 00 00 ]
Right Click on command 1 and hit delete. Then right click on the new command 1, and hit edit command. Change the command to '(JumpSS_VTSM) Jump to Titleset Menu', Title Nr: 2, TitleSet NR: 1, Menu: root.
I think it will work after that.
If your DVD Player says, Title X, that means Title X listed in the Video_TS file, which in this case would be VTS set 1...

edit: oops title 6 turns out to be the menu of the movie...better keep that one...redoing again.

@mrbass
Something looks wrong in your VTS_03_0.IFO. I'm assuming your DVD had two aspect ratios. Because in your VIDEO_TS.IFO it's showing that your Title 1: VTS_03_* has 38 chapters but your movie's PGC_1 in VTS_03_0.IFO is showing only one chapter.
Number of Title Play Maps: 7 (VMG_PTT_SRPT)
.....Title...1: VTS_03_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 38) (Start Sector 52)
.....Title...2: VTS_04_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 38) (Start Sector 62)
In VTS_03_0.IFO / VTS overview:
PGC_1 (program chain): [Title(TTN): 1] [00:00:14.05 / 30 fps] (Programs: 1) (Cells: 1) (uses VOB-IDs: 1)
[Ch 01] [Pg 01] [Cell 01] [V/C Id: 1/ 1].....: time: 00:00:14.05 / 30 fps.....[Pos: 00:00:14.05] [Frames: 425]
I was trying to follow your navigations from First Play PGC and it navigated to your angle menu commands in VTS_03_0.IFO. Well, I can't be accurate on this since I don't have all files to test.

yes it goes to VTS 3 then as soon as it jumps to VTS 6 then it freezes immediately ...PowerDVD goes to 100% CPU and both dvd players just hang.
Yes bugs life has a wide screen and full screen version 7.52GB. I'm taking out the full screen version. It's only taking me 12mins to do it each time since there's no transcoding involved.
edit: @int 21h well I tried that what you said but PowerDVD still goes to 100%. Gonna keep trying..but it's getting late though.
sorry about posting .ifo files...my bad

I'll give it a shot. Go into your VIDEO_TS.IFO / VMGM_PGCI_UT / PGC-Menu_20/ PGC Command Table. Hexedit your pre command #9 as follows.
OLD > 9.Pre Command...If GPreg<7> == GPreg<1> then (JumpTT) Jump to Title: 5.....[30 22 00 00 00 05 07 01 ]
NEW > 9.Pre Command...If GPreg<7> == GPreg<1> then (JumpTT) Jump to Title: 7.....[30 22 00 00 00 07 07 01 ]

well it won't let me hexedit it...it will in the root but not at PGC-Menu_20 like you said. I think your right though...I'm doing it in IC7 and seeing if it has the same problems.
ok finished...well IC7 had no problem with it...I unchecked full screen version. When the menu came up I choose full screen and it just looped back to the menu.
hmmm both are exactly the same....there...I'll look at the area where int 21h was talking about.

Ok I'm flipping through the two .ifo files and there are many differences. I think dvd95copy isn't updating the .ifo files. IC7 seems to be changing Start Sectors and End Sectors throughout. Well IC7 seems to handle Bug's Life the best now. There is no size issue because everything is below 3.6GB when stripped of the full screen version.

To hex edit, double left click on pre command line for your hex edit module. Place cursor in module on 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 and enter the new hex value as I gave you in last post.

the Titles within DVDcopy actually refer to the amount of VTS_xx_1.VOB's there are and not the actual Titles within the VIDEO_TS.IFO
so removing a VOB Set will remove all the video within that set and not the individual title
thats the BUG :D
