Say fo example I have the following avi file
File : 701 Mb (701 Mb), duration 1:30:31, type AVI, 1 audio stream(s), quality 67 %
Video : 612 Mb, 946 Kbps, 25.0 fps, res. 576*304 (16:9), XVID = XVID Mpeg-4, Supported
Audio : 89 Mb, 137 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 chan., 0x55 = Lame MP3 encoder (ACM), Supported
Now I use AVI2SVCD to make my svcds and I can make them succesfully but I dont know if I am being efficient.
As you can see it says the avi file has 946 kbps video and 137 kbps audio. Now what would be the recommended bitrate for this file and why?
