aiv error with newest version dvd2svcd

Hi there

I have a error with dvd2svcd, the newest version, if I try to open avi made with matrox it says no codec, and if I close a memory error. The dvd2svcd 1.1.beta 1 the version without the canopus encoder works fine with the avi without problems with the matrox codec.

I can,t send a rapport because the crash happens before I can make it.

Known issue. As long as you have the Codec it should be fixed in the next version.

Try a search on Can't DIVX or AVI if you want more info on this.

Th matrox codec gives me a great capture with the mpeg2 I frame real time on rgb24 and 720 576 without visible (digital)noise, Here is a link to codecs

The matrox codecs are freeware, and no warez.

If I remember it correctly that link also included other non freeware codecs. I had several PM's regarding this link myself from other members that were able to prove this.

No it is not true you can download the codecs for free from the matrox site after you register, there is no links to illegal software, but what is illegal this days tough, noboby nows exactly.

i use this codes for capture works really good.
