View Full Version : Multiangle and IfoUpdate problem

I have a VTS that has multiangles. I used the multiangle guide by Trilight (thanks Trilight) and had to add an extra angle in PGC 9 to match the other PGC's (like Trilight said, Scenarist did "bitch" when I did not do that).

When it was done, I ran IfoUpdate and it gave me a dreaded error message "Original PGC does not have enough room for new PGC".

Here is the new ifo. You can see that PGC 9 has 5 angles where the original has only 4. But Scenarist won't let me compile without putting that extra angle in there.

i noticed in your reauthored vts that you did all of your work in only ONE title, while in the original there is one title per every pgc, to add extra titles in scenarist, right click the vts and hit add title. Considering trilight added the extra angle, and i assume used ifoupdate, i would deduce that this is your problem though im not 100% on this(it is still a good idea to do the titles properly all the time)


Notice: that in two instances in this particular ifo, that pgc
pgc 3 and 4 are in title 3, pgc 5 and 6 are in title 4, pgc 7 and 8 are in title 5 and pgc 9 and 10 are in title 6. So make sure that your scenario editor is true to the original title/pgc/and chapter wise.

Yes I did miss those titles you mentioned. So I did creat new title sets and followed the original structures. But still the same message.

I still believe that it has something to do with that extra angle in PGC 9.

Well, guys, I was able to get rid of that extra angle in the new layout (this time Scenarist didn't "bitch" :) ) and now it works,

I stared at your post for a bit but I've been too drunk this weekend to really give it a good diagnosis... I kept thinking, "hmm.. something's wrong..." heheh
