Maestro Chapter Issues

Maybe there's something I'm missing but how can I get my chapters in Maestro to snap to the exact time I specify instead of the nearest GOP? I've tried creating a CHP file but it never imports anything....

Did you figure this out? If so what's the answer. I'd like to get the chapters at an exact point instead of nearest GOP also.

Forgive me if I am wrong, because I am not an expert, but I don't believe you can snap chapters to exact time. The whole point of Mpeg2 compression is that you have key frames, and then additional frames with only the changes from that key frame. So you have to have the chapter begin on a key frame.

I am probably totally missing the point, but it is not the first time :D
