Getting ac3 delay corrector to work

I need to eliminate the delay on an ac3 file to get it to sync with the video. I downloaded ac3 delay corrector, but cannot get it to work (I cannot get the Gfawin23.ocx registered using Regsvr32.exe). Does anyone know how to get this program to work. Is there any other method to use?

Sure you just aren't using regsvr32 wrongly (although that's pretty hard to do)?

headAC3he will losslessly cut frames from AC3s, so perhaps try that out :)

BTW AC3 Delay corrector doesn't actually eliminate a delay, just makes it less of a delay as it only cuts whole frames (=32 ms).
