Problem with ac3 in scenarist

I was having some computer problems so i had to back everything up and format my harddrive. The problem is now everytime i import an ac3 into scenarist it's about 20 minutes shorter than the video on every movie i try and back up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm using DVD2AVI 1.76, CCE 2.5, and Scenarist 2.6.

I´m only guessing, isn´t there problem with frame rate???

Yeah, that's what i was thinking about earlier. I'm using Avisynth, to frameserve so there might be a problem there somewhere.
