running multiple versions

Is it possible to run multiple versions of AviSynth and switch between them? What is the best way to do this?

I searched and could not find an explaination in the FAQ. I want to use 2.08 for my DV AVI files so I can use the peachsmoother and then use 2.5 for my DVD Divx conversions.
