Is there a way or guide to change the order the way chapters play using IFOedit?

yes u can.

using ifoedit, open the ifo file and go to VTS_PGCITI. scroll down and see the PGC program map that shows the sequence of cells. i believe u can edit & reorder them. I tried it on 1DVD and it worked.
