Hi,

I ran a few quick searches for this, but didn't find anything.

I have 6 vob files. I want to burn them onto a DVD-R.

I want each vob file to be a separate chapter...

and i want to be able to FAST FORWARD through them too.

This is what I currently doing, and it is not working.

1. Rename the 6 vob files to VTS_01_1, VTS_01_2...and so on

2. Place them in a VIDEO_TS folder in the root directory of my hard drive.

3. Run IFOEdit and 'CREATE IFO'

4. Burn to DVD-R

I did this, and my DVD-R would only play on my PC DVD drive, not my set-top drive.

I have burned back up DVD-Rs before and they have worked...on my set-top before...but I have not successfully burned a DVD-R with IFOedit.

Please help me!

Did you get VTS Sectors prior to burning? Not that if there was anything wrong but it's always a good habit.

what are VTS sectors and how do I "get" them?

Sorry, didn't know you were new to this.

With any IFO selected, press your "Get VTS Sectors" button below. IFOedit will do it's thing and if there are any errors, it will correct them or else it does nothing.

Here's more information on this from Derrow, IFOedit's author
