OGM especifications, where?

Is there any official ogm site where i can found the format especifications?? I know OGM and i have a good idea of what can i do with it, but i have learned all testing or reading this forum...

Why don´t exist an offical OGM-site?

Is OGM still in development? (the container and the filters, not the tools to use it)

On the suiryc's website (http://cyrius.bunkus.org/OGM.html) you will find some details about the OGM structure.

There is no official ogm's website ( at least not I'm aware of ).

Tobias, who developped the DSF filter for windows, joined the Xiph teams ( those who develop OGG container ), in order to continue the development of the format. But it won't be ogm anymore, even if it will be very close.
