Is it possible to import a xvid (23 fps)

Into Ulead dvd workshop? Every time I try this of if the frame rate is 29 fps it always fails even if I change my setting from pal which is what I would use to NTSC :confused: Should I give up on Ulead and use something else?

not a problem with xvid itself. try email ulead or another more appropriate forum concerned with that software suite.
