How do u make chapter for dvd movie?
the original dvd movie has no chapter.

You will have to reauthor your dvd to add chapters (maybe you are already doing this). It will depend on the software you are using for authoring. Please let us know what software you plan to use. Also if it's Maestro or Scenarist check the guides section from the front page.

I rip with dvd decrytor, file mode
want to use dvd Maestro.

in line with the diamond that is the first chapter, you can left click to create a new chapter, or press the ins key to place a chapter at the play cursor.

just noticed that you crossposted this exact thread into 3 forums (IFOEdit, DVD Encoding and Advanced DVD Authoring), and you still missed the correct forum to post this in (DVD Authoring btw).

btw, im moving this into DVD Authoring for you, and getting the other two closed.

oh wait, i just found your thread that was in the DVD Authoring forum, which you posted on the 16th, but DID update not long before posting the other three threads (including this one), so its not as if you forgot about the older thread.
