Converting VOB

I capped a video and converted it all to working dvd. However now I want to pull down the VOB files from the dvd and convert them to m2v and mpg files so i can reauthor them. Is there any software out there to do this as I have lost the original capped vid on my HD. Or is it easier to re-cap.

You can use DVDDecrypter to rip the movie. It can even demux it for you and you will be left with a separate audio and video file ready to be re-authored.
