WinDVR has an annoying tendency of splitting files after 4gb. I am unsure why but once this happens the second third etc files are impossible to edit in such programs as TMPGEnc + even with the MPEG 2 codecs installed such as Ligos and Cyberlink.
I have also noticed that when trying to play the Mpeg2 files created by WinDVR in MS Media player 6.4 and 7.1, they are played upside down.
Is there any way of getting TMPGEnc to load these split files? I have downloaded a MPEG2 Plugin for TMPGEnc and yes it allows the file to be loaded once this plugin is set to the high priority but the converted file has no sound afterwards. HELP!
