I know it's already using YV12. The wish is for msmooth optimization. :)

Could you show us the script? And you system config?

I heavily doubt mSMOOTH would make illegal instructions, since it is pure C. However it could trigger something in another module.

If you are talking mSHARPEN, we might have that possibility. :)

--> illegal instrcution

I using lots of différents Plugins/Fonctions, severals hours by day, so I am sure that my system is stable.
(Asus-P4G8x + P4-2.53 + 512SDRam + WinXP-Pro + last VDubMOD + last AviSynth)

Yes, the help file is in error. The parameter is called "highq". Thank you for pointing it out.

I will try your script now.

EDIT: Works fine for me. Can you post a link to a short VOB fragment that shows your problem? What happens if you remove the crop, trim, and resize and just use MSmooth? Which mpeg2dec are you using?
