i have tried to burn a dvd-rw...and it works fine untill the end...

What brand/manufacturer media are you using?
You could have had dust on the disc when writing causing a 'deadzone' hence causing a bad burn.

my pioneer a05 is newwww.....few days..firmware1.21.
i have burned some more dvd-r ...just to test....
the bad copies are made on dvd-r that'write (lead data)...
i have tried to burn changing the media (princo) and now it's works...finally.
Is it possible that a media could be good for Pioneer A04 and not for A05?????
btw i suggest to all of you....don't buy media called "that's write"(grey on surface) ..they are cheap but.....ZXXXXxxXXXX

I have had the same problem with A04/A05 and Bulkpaq Gen3 r2 disks. Probably 65% either have problems at the end or wont read at all except in a DWD writer. Wont buy bulk pack again. The Vivistar DVD-Rs I used before gave 95% success.
