Hi there again. As promised Mode2 CD Maker 1.5.1 is out, along with the new GUI from UbiK. It features CloneCD output support, and the command-line additions from Alex Noe.

The GUI is a major release, as it features the much awaited Nero-like size bar. The GUI calculates in real time the amount of space being used on the current CD project, so you can make a figure about how things are going before making the image itself. The default limit is set to 80 minutes but you can switch it to 74, 90 & 99 by left-clicking on it.

The size is adjusted for Form1 and Form2 content, so you can now judge by yourself the amount of space gained on the CD by toggling a big file from Form1/Form2 and seeing how the bar changes its size.

I also wrote some small usage instructions for the GUI so you can better understand all its capabilities.

Now that I have released this, I guess I can now work on some pending issues such as the backup creator and contact the XBoxMP team. BTW I'm also working on something pretty interesting for all the Total Commander lovers out there... you'll see it in few days ;)

Hope you like it.

RealVideo is supported since long time, thanks to Wonderbread's plugin, but unfortunately it didn't work with the latest RealOne player due to an issue about the DAT extension. Karl Livellhood recently released a fixed version which features a workaround for RealOne V2, and this should be finally addressed for V3 according to his words. You'll find the RealOne plugin at my homepage. The usage instructions are inside.

@kxy: Thanks ;)

Thanks DeXT, this is great, I am using it right now. Your website seems to be down however, for those who are unable to access it right now you can get it here as well, http://webs.ono.com/usr016/de_xt/mcf.html
EDIT: seems to be the same site, but it works for me :)

Do I need the fix if I'm using MPC?

Great news with the CloneCD support and the size bar! The size bar works really well when switching back and forth between Form1 and 2, and CCD makes it more convenient to mount images for testing purposes. I guess you can mount .cue as well, but I never tried this.

That's one of the most interesting variations of spellings I have seen of my (Norwegian) last name :D Don't worry, I am used to that, and on your web site it's correct. BTW > The thread discussing the work-around for RealOne V2 is here:
