Yes. It's called DVD Decrypter, IfoEdit, and Nero (or some other burning application). This combination is free (but you should donate if you can), takes a bit of time to learn, and will save you $90.....As far as a standalone app, try Google.com............z

Here's my little problem.....:confused: To 'rip' a VCD, I use SmartRipper 2.41, DVDx 2.2, and VCD Easy. Sometimes I use CDRWIN to burn. For me, Nero is VERY slow. PowerCD-R is a good program, but burns only work on my Sony DVD player. Lately, everything that I try to rip comes out really choppy, (audio & video). a really bad copy. I know that I do the same thing each time. I'm asking for your help!! ANYONE'S HELP!!
