VCD Encoding in Linux

Has someone any kind of knowledge of making VCDs under Linux! :confused:

Mencoder, AVIdemux and transcode can do mpeg-1. And you have VCDimager for linux too. I have not done any VCDs with linux yet, but it should not be a problem.
