dvdmaestro doesnt see cinemaster anymore...

hi all,

i have meastro and the cinemaster 2000 drivers, which used to work fine....however, recently maestro keeps saying it cant find the decoder.....only 1 out of 10 times or so it sees it......

i also have scenarist, which sees the driver OK everytime...

I already reinstalled the driver, but no luck.

anyone knows what to do ? it is really frustrating to start it 10 times until it might find the decoder :(

Try this, put a DVD in your drive and start the cinemaster player and begin playing the movie, after the movie starts playing, hit the stop button. DO NOT CLOSE THE PLAYER, LEAVE IT ON SCREEN, JUST HIT THE STOP BUTTON. Then start Maestro, it should start with no problem, after that, leave Maestro open and then you can close the player. I hope this helps, I had the same problem and it worked. Let me know.
