I have spent ages trying to convert a NTSC 23 frame per second Divx file in to a PAL 25fps one (smoothly, without video stuttering). Then when I finally manage to do it, and burn it to disc, the audio is out of sync. Yet it plays back perfectly fine on my PC. Talk about frustrating, just when I thought I have solved it.
Why would this be happening ? Both the MPEG file and even the DVD play back fine and in-sync on my PC, so I am guessing it is my consumer DVD player, but why would that be ? I am using KDVD templates, could this be the reason ?
Any advice much appreciated, thanks !!

EDIT : Problem now sorted, I used a different audio encoder. Thanks to anyone willing to give help, but things seem okay now.
